    september 1st 2022 moved in to an apartment at ************** ave owned by aaron george properties, they collected two months rent ahead of time, and gave me an apartment that had electrical problems and did not repair them because breanna the landlord said she did not want to spend money on a electrician if its not too serious. my apartment caught on fire while i was away in school and the land lord has been preventing from going in to get my medication and to take pictures for insurance purposes. ************************* have no money because all my money i gave it to the landlord for the rent. i slept in the street the first day when it was pouring because i was looking for my dogs that ran away while the fire was going. the damage was only in the kitchen. i would like to file a complaint on this company because they provide a bad service even after being paid months ahead. the apartment i was given had cigarette burn in the carpets in all the rooms. The fire marshall said i was clear to go in, but that is up to the landlord. the landlord now says i will not be allowed in and that they will tell if and or when i will be able to go and get my things withought caring if i have somewhere to go. they also said they will be keeping the rent money they got in advance even if it wasnt my fault because they will need it for the dmamages.

    When the resident moved in, the breakers were off to the unit and the fridge door was open after cleaning. he asked why nothing worked and told him to flip the breakers. There was a fire in the unit that was a shorted out stove cord. it demolished the entire unit. Rent and deposit was paid by the VA not the tenant. The va came the day after the fire with the resident to get belongings. He was rude with the Va and the resident didn't go in his apt and was swearing at the VA and assaulted my manager. Police report was made. They exited him out of the program for his actions. He called on Saturday wanting his medications we left the door open and he never showed up until Monday and he received everything he wanted. The cost of damage is beyond *** and is still under construction. Deposit and rent is returned to the VA program.
