    In Sioux Falls in 2 of 2 properties had Felonious tenants harass me at Housing program properties. These were tenants with Prison backgrounds and
    Management/Landlords permitted Felons who conflicted with Housing policy to harass me on purpose due to the first encounter or bad experience at Crocus Meadows under ASI Accessible Space Inc out of St. Paul, MN.
    This is a trend at multiple properties across the board where Criminals reign but accommodated due to Demographic concerns or Ethnic background of BLM and DEI. In South Dakota it was overwhelming Criminal presence from unruly tenants from Rosebud and Pine Ridge reservations that threatened stabbings and shootings. There was a 2ft Blood puddle out front on the premises. Then police confiscated evidence from camera footage I disclosed to protect the Landlords. My mountain bike was stolen and the detective Richard Millet conducted a shallow faulty investigation despite Camera footage since it ties the culprit to Greenway Apartment complex in Sioux Falls. Accessible Space Inc and their property Crocus Meadows was the first experience and Greenway was the second but the situation was the same. And a third property from a person I had met had the same ordeal.
