    The experience was a profound disappointment. Since March 15 our microwave has been unusable and is still not repaired. The technician was fine, but the follow was nonexistent . I called several times for update and often the call was not returned. I finally gave up even though I paid $1300.00 for a part that never was delivered. I asked for my money back and they refused even though I never received it. They did a very sloppy job. I asked the representative bot to have anyone call me but the president of the company. I would never recommend this company to anyone.
    I have hired another company to complete the work, and they have responded well.
    What a terrible example they have been.
