When we walked in we were greeted and treated like we were family. The staff also treated each other warmly and courteously. I have never entered an office where the atmosphere felt so comfortable and at home. They are very professional, listening to our hearing needs, and answering our questions. I wish I could have rated them a 10

They treat you like a person and genuinely want to help improve your day!

I stopped by Baker Audiology almost on a whim. My hearing had been poor for thirty years since my eardrum was ruptured a couple of times from water skiing. I had stopped by an audiologist years ago and they told me my hearing was just fine. Melissa gave me a full exam and l left with hearing aids to try out. This was just exceptional customer service. I came back in a week and tried other aids that worked better for me. I felt like l was able to make an informed decision to find what worked best.
The difference in my life has been profound. From important life events to being able to lead groups at work, l can't imagine these without being able to hear.
I rarely have issues with the product l got but when l do, the service has been great. I have referred others without reservation and will continue to do so.Baker Audiology & Hearing Aids, LLC

I have had hearing aids for approximately 12 years provided by a national big box chain. I still had trouble hearing. Baker is a whole new ball game and really exemplifies the old adage, you get what you pay for.
Don’t balk or hesitate. Go see these people, get tested and fitted properly and they will assist in getting you covered.Baker Audiology & Hearing Aids, LLC
