    There is signs out stating prices and they only take cash on one sign. On the other sign says if you use a card you will be charged $2.99 for transaction. My 2 boys hair cut was $40.00 a piece and then he charged me for two transaction prices when it should have been only one transaction charge of $2.99. I asked him to explain charges he said machine company charges him 2x for one transaction. The sales tax he charged me also was 7% and that is above what south dakotas rate is. I tried to dispute both sales tax and transaction charge with him and he wouldn't budge. The next person in line he made him paybefore cutting his hair and because he paid cash he charged him $30.00 no taxes.

    - Children's haircut (under six years): $30
    - Card transaction fee: $2.99 per transaction
    - Sales tax: 7%


    We understand that you believed we only accept cash. Please clarify that we do accept both cash and card payments, which is why you incurred the card fee of $2.99 along with the applicable taxes.


    Regarding the tax charge, we apologize for any misunderstanding. The correct tax rate is 4.2%, rather than the previously mentioned 7%. This adjustment affects the total amount you were charged.


    Here is a clearer breakdown of the transaction for your reference:
    - 1 adult haircut: $40
    - 1 adult haircut: $40
    - Card service fees: $2.99
    - Sales tax at 4.2%: $6.02
    - Total transaction amount: $89.59
