    We replaced blinds in the entire upstairs in our house, as well as our main floor bath and could not be happier with the end result! Tracey was fantastic to work with from start to finish. She was so responsive, helpful, and professional. She helped us pick out the perfect color and design, and they were installed perfectly. I highly recommend Brilliant Blinds!

    Brilliant Blinds did an amazing job helping us find blinds that fit our home! They made the process simple, quick, and explained things very clearly to understand the difference between the options we had. Our order came in after just a few weeks and the company came over right away to install them! Installation process was so quick while still being precise. I will ABSOLUTELY use Brilliant Blinds for any future blinds we may need!

    If I could give them 0 stars, I would. They have been a nightmare to work with for my friend. They promised and never delivered. They even said there were no companies that made sliding door blinds that are left to right anymore. After researching, there ARE companies that DO make these blinds that were originally requested. A complete LIE!!! Unbelievable! I had to have my blind replaced due to a quality issue with Brilliant Blinds. I would never do business with this husband/wife team! EVER!!!

    If we could give you stars as a client/customer, it would be 0 stars. You had your blind replaced without even seeing it. You just didn't like the color that you chose after seeing your neighbors' beings you chose the same color. We replaced yours at no charge and her entire house at no charge. We actually have a picture of it posted on our FB looking beautiful as ever (which you expressed your gratitude for at the time). As for Pam, we have explained that we don't carry nor do any of our vendors LEFT TO RIGHT. Just because we don't carry a specific item doesn't mean another company in the world doesn't make them. Pam is upset because she doesn't remember making decisions when clearly, we have explained everything and have text messages showing the design, which you were also in on the group text. Glad to see you came and wrote a 1-star review even though we have had no issues with your order. Take care and God bless.
