      We built a home that they provided custom closets for in approx. July 2021. We made contact with them in February 2022 to have a change made to our mudroom closet. August 2022 was the scheduled date to make the adjustments (after much work on our part to get this scheduled) and no one showed. Another time was scheduled and someone actually came out to do the work, but brought the wrong materials. He left everything out of our closet and said he would be right back with the correct shelves. We never saw him again and proceeded to attempt contact with Closet Pros multiple times. **** refused to answer our calls or return messages so we began contacting his son *******. ******* was cordial and agreed that they needed to get this job done for us. He has not followed through and after countless texts and phone calls it is clear they have no intention to come back out. Every time we got in touch with them, they made promises to complete the work (which we were going to have to pay extra for because it involved adding additional materials to our closet). When we initially met with ****, he talked about their customer service and to just let them know if we needed any changes/additions made after the fact. This is quite poor business practice and we wish we would have used someone else. It's sad that they don't care about their customers or their reputation.
