    Horrible customer service, I called January 6th 2024 told them I am disabled and don’t have any income since September 2022 I paid off the balance and asked them to close the account which they came back saying what if I lower the interest rate lol ahh No!!! Then 3 weeks later I get a letter that my payment is $95.00 wtf!!!!
    Spend 32 min on the phone on Jan 23 2024 with Becky Jessica the supervisor and another Manager because Jessica shouldn’t be a Supervisor she is horrible Inhuman and Rude!!! The last manager took care of what Jessica could’ve and Should’ve

    Stay away from these Crooks!!

    This company resolved my problem so they said. They report my account as fraudulent on the credit scores. There is NO reason to do that . My credit is great until now!

    I reported a fraudulent charge and never got it resolved . They were very unprofessional and did not help me. I am now being charged for a fraudulent charge that I did not make! THE WORST CARD IVE EVER HAD, DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS CARD FOR ANYONE!

    I never asked for this credit card. when he arrived, he already arrived with a bill to pay in the amount of 49 dollars. I sent a letter saying I hadn't asked for the card, which they never replied to. as it was reported on my credit I made the payment of 63 dollars, as it already had interest and reported on my credit. I paid, and now they keep sending me bills to pay with the -14 dollars. I've already tried to close the account so they can give me the money back, but they never respond.

    A monthly payment was made on account prior to the due date which was 02/14,this company debit my banking account to additional times. Customer Service tried to tell me that I made back to back payment.I think this business need to be investigated for deceitful practices.
