      Payment too LARGE? I was dumbfounded to receive a letter from FSCC, informing me my credit card had been suspended due to my $400 payment that was larger than normal. They wanted me to verify my banking information that I’ve had on file and have used to make my payments in the past. I’ve never in my life heard of such a thing! It’s as if they don’t want me to pay it off. The limit is only $700!!! And it’s during the Christmas season!!!

      I called First savings credit card to ask for extra time to pay my December payment. I said I would pay before the next due date. My payment is due on the 2cnd! How can the tell me if it's not paid by the 8th of December it would be 30 days late & in default!!!! Stay away from this card!! I will be writing a letter to the better business bureau & consumer protection!! They're only out to make money & do not care if you've always paid on time & need help for the first time!!!

      this is the worst company ever, you cant pay the bill online or through the app. customer service is horrible. i just want to pay it off and cancel it.

      Payments don't post for 2 weeks after the payment is made and that information isn't disclosed to you until you wonder why your card gets declined and call them to ask why. At least that's what happened to me. Do better First Savings Credit. Be more transparent with your customers.

      I paid off my account using a different checking account than the one I originally set up with them, they then sent me a letter requesting information on the bank, when I called customer service to see what they needed, they said they wanted a bank statement and information regarding my checking account, I simply said no, they didnt even need that information when the account was first set up. She said that they would close the account unless I did so, I said fine close the account I dont need your credit card, ive never had any other credit card issuer hold me hostage over a bank statement before. The customer service rep hung up on me when I said I had other accounts to close. I called back and talked to a "supervisor" and canceled all remaining accounts with them.

      Will not let you make extra payments. We had to file two disputes. They say it will take approximately 90 days to complete it. Have NEVER had this kind of an answer from other card companies. As soon as paid off I am done with them. Stay away from them.

      Was sent card pre approved. After seeing the $75 charge before useable I immediately called and told them I'm not interested and cancel the card. Received a bill with the $75 annual fee and I'm not even going to use the card!! This has to be illlegal.

      Would not even give it one star if I did not have to Settled an old account and was told if I overnighted payment 48 hours after it posted, they would send a letter stating it was settled as well as report it to the credit bureau! Payment was made and posted on November 8 and reported to the credit bureau on November 12 however, they will not give me a letter stating that the debt has been settled because it has not updated in their computer program! Therefore, I am not able to close on my mortgage loan, even though they know that I paid with a money order meaning you have to have the cash on hand in order to even purchase it. I paid extra to overnight it and that's when they told me if I did that within two days, I would be able to get a letter stating the debt was settled still waiting on this employee very rude and condescending.

      They don't even deserve a 1 star. I never activated my account sent me a bill for an annual fee. Called them said it was closed and account credited and closed out acct. I never opened an account so no clue what they closed. Well anyway 10 days later they sent me another bill with late payment fees I called again they say no ma'am this account was closed 9/15/22. After all of this I go check my credit score they reported this account in the late category, derogatory so now once again call them I so pray they take it off my credit report since I never even activated this account. They are rip offs. Oh and can not get anyone that speaks clear English. Frustrating having to keep repeating one's self. After I ask politely for someone that speaks my language. They should have employees that speak fluent In all kind of languages. They diffinately lost any respect I did have. I guess if they don't remove it from my credit report I'll have to take more steps. DO NOT TRUST in these people
