We utilized Thompson Law in 2014 to prepare a Revocable Living Trust and paid them $**** for this service. On Sept. 20, 2022, we met with Travis ****** to review this trust. We understood that we would pay an hourly fee for this meeting and paid him $*** for this service. We only had one change to make at this time and had to get back with him on one other change (a backup contact person). We had a meeting set up for Oct. 27. My husband and I both got covid and cancelled the meeting. After reviewing our conversations with Travis, we did not feel confident in his abilities in the administration of our Trust. We decided to amend our Trust with another attorney who previously worked with Thompson Law who prepared our original Trust. Again, there was only 1 small change so we didn't anticipate this would be a problem. We then received an invoice for $*** for work done but we did not receive a product. We wrote to Travis asking what work was completed and what changes were made. He replied, again sending the invoice, not answering questions, nor giving us any "draft". We would like to see what work they performed to charge the $***. We paid this invoice but still have not received any product or service or any explanation of what work they actually performed.
