I went in and scheduled a dermal filler appointment (lip filler 499 per syringe) with them and please do keep in mind I had let them know I have never had any kind of filler done before and I was unsure about how it all worked, So they got me scheduled for september 25th to get my dermal filler done with **** for a retail price of one syringe for 499$

She starts the appointment then finishes my bottom lip and moves to the top lip and sticks me at least 15 times with the filler and then that’s when I let her know It was getting to painful and she told me “I only have a little bit left and we’re done” a few weeks later, they reach out to me via text message to ask how healing is going and I told them that there were a few lumps that were not dispersing that I had concern about and how I was not pleased with how my top lip was looking. I was then made aware via text, that **** had not finished injecting me with my syringe, I was not aware that the syringe was unfinished and that “There were a few more injections **** wanted to address in order to obtain my goals” As during our appointment she said she was finished and only “had a few spots left”. I asked if there was anyway if I could come back and finish my syringe and they told me they don’t save syringes. I asked what other options there were and they offered me a half syringe for the standard price of 352$.
Oct 30th they reached out to me again I let them know I was still disappointed with my results. they replied back saying “Just as a reminder it’s common to feel this way since you did not finish your full syringe” I replied back saying that I wish I was made aware that I hadn’t finished the entire syringe because I was under the impression **** had fully injected the whole syringe.
I am frustrated with my results andthat I am being forced to pay full price (499$ for one syringe) for something that I didn’t finish or was let aware that I didn’t finish it because Iwas under the impression I hadfinished it

    Business Response

    Date: 11/29/2024

Client walked out on her appointment on September 25th, 2024 despite explaining to her that we were not quite finished, only the finishing touches were left. It is against company policy to save filler syinges unless for a medical emergency which this was not. I did offer for her to come back as provider was very confused as to why she repeatdly said she was "done" and did not want to do any more on the treatment day.

After multiple attempts to reach out to ***** *******, including the very next day, she failed to respond to clinic for follow up and to respond at all to our last attempt to follow up with her on October 30th, 2024. Then abruptly sent a lengthy text message on November 20th, 2024 about her being displeased with her results in which we responded with a phone call.

She was seen in clinic to discuss her concerns and does not recall leaving her appointment before it was over or that we discussed we only had finishing touches left. Additionally, this provider did not assess any issues with her treatment and in fact has similar if not more definition in her cupids bow. Before and after photos reviewed with her, she agreed the results were an improvement. I explained to her that adding definition to her lips was the portion of her treatment she did not complete. She opened the treatment door as I was discussing all necessary treatment information/education and basically chased her down the hall way to reception.

She stated she is completely unaware of the events of the last portion of her treatment which left me very confused and concerned for her. Which is why we followed up with her the next day and continued to. She did not follow up for 2 months and I recommended follow up in 4 weeks or with any concerns which she also failed to do. She did not make a follow up prior to leaving on treatment day against medical advice.

She asked how much her follow up was going to cost. However even after giving her the information that it will not cost her anything to follow up, she still did not. I explained to her that it is also her responsibility to follow up when she has concerns and also what is medically recommended post treatment (4-6 weeks).

After seeing her in clinic November 26th, 2024- we reviewed all above information and I offered her a free syringe of filler to finish her treatment she walked out of. Still hoping for more definition in her cupids bow. She accepted the free filler and I encouraged her to follow up in clinic for any questions or concerns and in 4 weeks from treatment date.
