      Dear CNA Surety Claims Executive:

      I hired this guy, *** **** ******* from CES Construction Company out in Covina, California around July 1st, 2024 through a recommendation from another man named ****** from **** ******** ********** ***** ******** who said he was an Honest Guy with a California State License to paint my whole Azusa Property, including the GARAGE Walls and Ceiling!

      Before hiring Him, I got another quote from another LICENSED CONTRACTOR to do the whole house and the garage area (walls and ceiling) for the same, expensive price of $6,500.00!

      I chose **** ******* because once again, he came Recommended!

      I explained to **** ******* that I wanted the Same Paint Job Done For My Whole Home, Including The Garage Walls And Ceiling, Obviously and He Gave ME The Very High Price Of $6,500.00 and so I Accepted It since It Pretty Matched The Other Previous Quote That I Had Already Receive Recently!

      Moving Right Along: This man supposedly spent ONE whole week on my property painting, but purposely and deliberately FAILED TO PAINT THE GARAGE AREA leaving paint that is still peeling from the ceiling and walls which look SO UGLY!

      If I would have known that this dude was like this then I would NOT have hired him!

      Whoever heard of a dude calling himself a Licensed Contractor And/Or Painter that would leave a Garage Area looking like that???

      What a **** Lack Of Respect For Somebody's Property And To Charge An Astronomical Sum Of Money To Do This Type Of Job?

      He must have thought that I was Stupid or Something since I was out of the country (In Toronto, Ontario Canada) dealing with my Mother's Funeral while he took

      Lack of Compliance: CNA Surety demonstrated a lack of knowledge and compliance with notary laws, making excuses for the notary's actions instead of ensuring adherence to legal requirements.

      Lack of Transparency: Throughout the claims process, CNA Surety failed to provide transparency, including updates on the status of my claim and steps taken in the investigation process.

      False Information: The company provided false information about efforts to locate the notary, who was actually bonded with CNA Surety during the period in question, indicating a conflict of interest.

      Omission of Paperwork: Despite initial assurances, essential paperwork provided by the notary was omitted by the company.

      Bias: CNA Surety exhibited bias towards the notary throughout the handling of my claim, compromising the fairness and integrity of the investigation process.

      CNA Surety stated the notary's statement asserting the propriety of the notarization process was the sole requirement for dismissing my claim.

      CNA Surety failed to review ***** ****** work schedule during the notarization period, and there was no examination of the notary journal. Furthermore, *******, the notary involved, claimed to have submitted her journal, but this statement appears to be false based on the information provided by the Secretary of State.
      I have attached more evidence to support my claim. This additional evidence further highlights the discrepancies in the handling of my claim by CNA Surety.

      I been calling Western Surety Company for the last week since I received bond information on Masterkraft Construction (**** *********) who we hired to preform work at our home with a contract & he refuses to complete our job or reimburse us money. I called & emailed to submit a claim on his bond held by ******* ****** ******* & the bond actually expires tomorrow but I haven’t received a response on my claim.
