    We hired Wild J's as Ice fishing guide on Jan 27 and 28 for 4 adults. The reservation was for a HARDSIDE fish house. I paid in full, $********, on Sept 13, 2022. A couple of days prior to our outing we were told the HARDSIDEice houses could not be used, and we would be using portable ice houses. Which was fine with us.

    I paid in full, I am requesting a refund.

    I have contacted the owner, Joey ***** 8 times by phone, and he has not answered. I have sent him 6 TXTS, he has answered only once about a week ago. I believe he has no intent on providing a refund. Your help would be appreciated. Layne
