    Overhead door charged my credit card 505.00 without authorization. The person that was suppose to be charged credit card didn’t go thru so they charged my card they had my card on file. When I called them they (the secretary and billing were rude and told me I had to get the money from the person that was supposed to be charged. The person ****** ****** backed into my garage door he was turning around and was driving without brakes in the car. He smashed 2 panels in the garage door. Took overhead door 6 months to get it ordered and put in. **** ***** the salesman lied to me said panels were ordered and wasn’t. So another salesman took over and ordered the panels. ****** ****** paid for the panels. So when it came to installation the 505.00 his card didn’t go thru so overhead door charged my card without me knowing or authorizing the charge. ****** ****** won’t answer his phone and quit his job at auto zone on e tenth st in sx falls. ******* * ** *** *** **** overhead door told I had to collect from him.?????

    When I spoke to her my understanding was that she had stopped payment on the card. I gave her my name and number to contact if the charge went through and I would get payment to her. I will contact her now and get her payment returned.

    On October 15, 2021 I placed an order for ********** Steel non-insulated Overhead door with their salesman Mike ******. I gave the company **** dollars as a deposit.

    The salesman bragged at that time about their customers do not have to wait for their doors like other companies (a year wait).

    I have inquired numerous times about my garage door. I have received different "stories" when I have called. At no time as the company taken the lead and provided information. Yesterday, Monday, August 22nd I called again. I was told my salesman again was not in the office, I spoke with a different person, who said they would look into the matter and call me back. No call was received.

    I called this morning, Tuesday, August 23rd and my call was routed to the salesman's voicemail. I did not leave a message since he did not return my phone call the last time. I called again and the lady on the phone told me the wait is a year and half now for some customers. Why? I see houses being built in *********** since we have made our deposit and they have garage doors. Are these all doors purchased from "other" companies?

    I need my door installed before winter. as I explained on October 21st, 2021 my present door is broken and my husband and I did a temporary fix to allow us to open the door on a WEEKLY basis. ****************** it is not good for me to have to store my vehicles outside in snow/ice conditions.

    We spoke to Linda today and let he know that we have received her door and gave her an install date of 8/25. We apologize for how long things are taking but we have very little control due to supply disruption of the last couple years. There are different doors from every manufacturer that take anywhere from 4 months to a year to get. In this case it will be 10 months from order to install which unfortunately is not uncommon.
