    Horrible. They don’t honor their price to beat PSEG and now my bill is higher and the customer service representative was rude and wouldn’t connect me with a manager even after I asked several times. I even cancelled it a month ago and still being charged. All around horrible experience!

    We have built before, and we rate NRG as exceptional on all fronts. Quality and follow up are outstanding. They make the whole process so easy, with no surprises. Craftsmanship, ease to work with and expert help with all decisions were too notch. And help with any of the usual little issues after moving in was above and beyond expectations. So much fun it almost makes us want to do it again already. Energy efficiency is something they really focus on. I would recommend them in a heartbeat.
