    Brady Home Inspection completed a recent inspection on our house. He checked every box as to hire a professional to inspect. Isn't this his job? Seems his review was a lot of CYA, as someone else stated this who reviewed his report. A few minor findings were major findings to be fixed in his report. Most foundations have hairline cracks, especially in block foundations and he advised of fixing or replacing the foundation for a small crack. He cited roof issues when there were none. He cited other problems that have never been a problem of this house in 50 years. People might be surprised how inexpensive it might be to put a junction box in. I would not hire this company ever! Find a local contractor/electrician "a qualified specialist" to come over and review construction or electrical and give an honest opinion and maybe cost to fix. That is what he is going to put in his report anyway and I'm trying to help you save $600 to seek out the help of someone else. He wanted a drain installed in driveway, there was already a drain installed in the driveway and he didn't see it. For what he charges, I would look around and find a better company! I would have a notion to hire a qualified specialist and see how different the findings would be.
