    I stayed at the hotel from Saturday, March 30th, to Sunday March 31st. there was a 50 dollar deposit that they were refusing to refund me because they said we smoked in the room when we hadn't. They said that the room smelled like smoke, but we hadn't smoked in there. Also for the record this was at the hotel located at **** * ****** **** ***** ****** ** *****. That location wasn't an option on this site for some reason.

    This guest actually did smoke in the room. There are no smoking signs on almost every wall and also in the room. They also signed the registration card which states there is a $200 charge for smoking in the room. We did not charge that amount, however we did keep the $50 deposit. There is absolutely no doubt that the guest smoked in the room. The room in question had to be put out of order for a full 24 hours to clean and allow our "Ozone" machine to eliminate the smoke smell. This is essential. People have allergies to smoke and we are a non smoking hotel. The rooms must be completely free of smoke. We take this very seriously. I will not be offering any refund of any amount. Thank you for your time.
