      On March 8, 2024, I purchased an internet traffic and leads package ("Ultimate Traffic Hook Up") from 4Percent for $1,500 USD, with services scheduled to begin on March 15, 2024. Despite repeated promises, the company has failed to deliver any services or provide a refund, even after multiple deadlines passed.

      I need my refund that I have requested, since 12/10/2024. I still have not received my refund of a total of $1,497.00, and it's been over 2 months. Can you have them to mail me a check by Fedex Express to **** ******* ***** Sugarland, Texas 77479. I have called and emailed at least 7 times no refund.       I purchased the Four Percent business training on July 11, 2024, in which I thought the training would take between one to two weeks, but there are like 23 modules to go through, with multiple videos within each module. That was too much training that I could handle, especially because I work. So I decided to get a refund. **** ********* promised people a 30 day money back guarantee, in which I asked for a refund on July 14, 2024. According to Vick's site, it stated that I would get a refund between 5 and 7 business. I did not get a refund during that time period, I got a refund after I emailed Four Percent customer support, for a second time, asking where was my refund, in which I only got a partial refund for $497. I made three payments of $497, $1000, and $1500, I only got a late refund for $497, but still have not yet got my remaining refund of $1000 and $1500, which is a total of $2500 still remaining. I emailed Four Percent customer service again asking why I only got a partial refund, they told me to rest assured that I will also get the remainder of my refund, but it's been 17 days since I requested my refund on July 14, 2024, and I haven't gotten my refund yet. They are trying to hold on to the bigger payments ($1000 and $1500) and only gave me a refund for the smaller ($497) payment. They are not supposed to give me a partial refund, or even split the refunds, they are supposed to give me all of the refunds, in full at the same time, just as I paid them in full of all the payments at the same time, on the same day. **** ********* has a criminal background as well. I believe he is not truthful about the online business that he created, and others seem to believe so too. According to this website here ********************************************************************* this person believes **** failed to uphold his commitments. Please help me get my money back, because **** promised that people can have a 30 day money back guarantee. Thank you.

      I started as an affiliate with Four Percent and paid $5194 in various fees and memberships. The company did not fulfill their promise to get the affiliate business started in 2 weeks. After waiting for more than two months, I had requested for refund, which they promise if business doesn't get launched in two weeks, they will make a full refund. I have made many attempts via emails to have a resolution but they company has completely stopped responding. Out of $5194 they have paid $1500 only. The last communication from the company was a month back stating that the refund is being processed but not they have stopped even responding.

      I am seeking your help to get a resolution please.

      on march 19,2024 i paid $497 for an online course in affilliate marketing called the four percent . Then without warning they said i needed to commit an additional $1000 to complete the course. This in itself was deceptive as they could have told us of all necessary $$ committments from the start. So i decided to take advantage of their 30 day refund and within a week of starting the course i requested a refund. A man called ezequiel said i would receive the refund in 5-7 business days

      I waited and requested the refund several more times with the same answer. Below is a copy of my receipt.
