      sales number ****

      We went with ******* ******** who is 80 years old to purchase a mattress. She purchased the mattress and we were all told that if the mattress did not work out for her she could bring it back and get her money back. Well the mattress did not work for her. She called them today 6/20/2025 and told them she was bringing the mattress back to get her funds back. The owner stated that is not how it works. She can only get in store credit on something else no money back who needs to mattress when your 80 years old. She has already purchased another mattress with another business. She is only asking for her money back. We all heard the owner state this to us all.

      Hello, 

      As per our conversation and as stated on our FAQ page on our website. We have a 90 day comfort exchange policy. This was clearly communicated that the mattress could be brought back for exchange not for money back. This was also communicated prior to the customer making the final purchase decision. Every attempt was made to communicate that we would work with them on finding a mattress in store that her previous purchased mattress could be exchanged for. We also have signs up that clearly state exchanges only next to the entrances and exits of our building.

      If the customer would like to exchange that option is still available per our 90 day comfort exchange policy valid until 8/10/2025.

      We are very upset by this. There were three other people with ******* that day and none of us were told this information. We also did not access anything on their website.  This is very misleading to customers. We will make sure a lot of other people know not to go to this business for anything.
