      On 01/12/2023 a truck pulled into our driveway trying to sell us the "best" beef in the Midwest. I told the driver that we had previously bought meat from the same company and was not satisfied. After my husband came home, the driver assured us to try the meat a second time with the guarantee that if we were not completely satisfied, we would receive our money back. The driver told us that our check for $*** would be our proof of the guarantee and he wrote Tom ************* name and phone number on the box of meat for us to call if we had any problems. On 01/29/2023 we grilled a box of ribeye steaks and all members of the family who ate the steak got sick with upset stomachs, diarrhea, etc. I tried the phone number of ***** ******** as written on the box on 01/30/2023 and every time I called I got the message the voicemail box was full and to call back. Finally on 01/31/2023, Tom answered the phone and I told him what had happened and the guarantee his driver had given us. He then told me he would have a driver in the vicinity the next day to pick up the steaks and reimburse us the $*** we paid for the steaks. As of today, 02/18/2023, we have never received a phone call back from Mr. *********** as to what the delay is and no one has showed up to pick up the steaks and reimburse us.
