    2/14/2023 bought a ****** **** ******* from salesman Brock ****** over the internet and phone from Vern Eide Motorplex .quoted **** on the first quote but then added a street legal kit and 10ply tires that were to fit rims on the ******. adding that the final quote went up to ******. an increase of $*****. In the quote Brock has it stated.. I quoted $**** on the phone ( we sence added the tires and street legal kit is why it came in higher) We agreed to the sale and I put a *** down..I was to be contacted when it was ready for pick up..Got called it was ready but at that time the tires had not came in..Said to come get it and they would ship them out. 2/24/2023 picked it up with the understanding of getting tires shipped to me. 3/1/2023 Cole delivered the tires to my place .shorty after he left I seen the tires were of the wrong size.. I called him so he could pick them back up but said for now just leave them and work something out on rims...also seen tires are 8ply When I told Cole he said they are 10ply just stamped 8ply.. called *** **** ******* and was told no they are 8ply. Cole came up with me buying 2 rims and they would buy 2 pay me *** for mounting..I said no Im loseing what I paid for 10ply tires, have to mount them.. I wanted all four rims and I mount them. got a call from Aaron and it was a no for them paying for rims...told him I would not buy rims. I then texted I just want a refund im done. $***** - **** = $**** added amount for tires and legal kit - ****** street legal kit = $******* - labor on install of street kit $*** ? wont give me a price of the labor. Refund $*******.. tires and labor on mounting
    3/6/2023 got text from Cole he was coming for the tires and had a ck. for $******.. I texted him thats not right.
    Cole texted ( I am on the way to get the tires the cops will be with me) called and reported this to the sheriff and to Aaron. Aaron texted he would let his manager know and have heard nothing more..

    Hi, 

    I have talked with the employees that were involved, seems as though there is quite a bit of confusion on numbers and such. We installed the following parts on the machine and will not be able to refund those parts (Roof, Tip out windshield, rear glass, doors, heater, street kit that includes the mirror, license plate bracket, horn, and blinkers) We delivered the door accent, and tires on the other work order with the shipping charged. 

    We have a check for the customer of $****** which is the price of the tires that the customer paid for and is not satisfied with. I have made multiple attempts to contact the customer, I cannot get him to give us a call back. We are also willing to let the customer keep the tires AND send that tires as well. 

    If you could please have him reach out to me at ************, it would be greatly appreciated so that I can verify the address of where I am sending the check to.

    I am not asking for any return of parts that are already installed on the ******..  I am not sure where that is coming from..   As for them calling or contacting me no one has..  I have not calls or texts or emails from them on my phone.   

    The quote clealy show how much I paid for the street legal kit and the tires...  You subtract the first quote amount from the final quote amount and that shows the amount paid...Its clealy stated as to what the increse is for by saying (we since added tge tires and street legal kit is why it came in higher).. I do not have a break down of the labor for the kit or tires..  

    As for talking on the phone with them is out... I have been told too many things from them and will only do text messages or email.. With the last text of being told he was coming for the tires and the cops will be with im its best for all communications be in emails or text...  

    as for the offer I have no clue what this is to mean..(  We are also willing to let the customer keep the tires AND send that tires as well. )   AND send that tires as well...   Need that cleared up as to what that is saying..

    They have my email and phone to text me.

    I work in the service department and am just trying to help the situation. I want you as happy just as much as you do. I apologize and totally understand that your frustrated and I 100 % see where your coming from. I just feel that communication is always easier when actually over the phone to figure out a solution. But I totally get your side. Very frustrating. So we can try to resolve this through messages. Or if you want to stop in sometime, I am happy to help you that way too!

    So I attached the work orders of what the machine had charged out to it and what you had PAID for. 

    On the first page is the tires and the door accent that were NOT installed but delivered. It was under my understanding that you were unhappy with the tires because they were not the correct PLY and I wrote some notes on there to break down the refund check wrote out to you for the $****** for the tires. (which I am not worried about getting back the tires, I just trying to make this as painless for you as it has to be, just want the money to get back to you, if you don't want to keep the tires, I can try to figure something out there too, BUT biggest thing is getting your money back)

    I apologize I am not understanding where the rest of the $*******. WHICH IS 100% MY FAULT. NOT YOURS.

    I will not deal over the phone on this matter ..   Send a email as to just what the offer your making is..   I have stated before I have no idea what you saying with this   ( We are also willing to let the customer keep the tires AND send that tires as well. )     AND send that tires as well....   That does not make any sense...

    I and my daughter have left messages the last 2 weeks and seem to be put off. I spoke to Damon **** this morning who was to busy to do our paperwork at the time. After a week of trying to get him on the phone.
    I want all Extended service contracts discontinued costing my daughter money each day as they are prorated.
    Same with GAP ins.
    The third and final thing is the Tire and Wheel coverage.
    I want to finalize this and the paperwork this week.
    Who wants to do this for us? Who is going to make the time to listen and finalize it?
    every day going by makes my opinion of your organization drop.....
