      I purchased a Monza golf club from Golf LV8 for on 4-23-2024. I did not sign up for any golf clinic, but keep getting billed $49.99 a month. I want to get these charges stopped and be reimbursed for what I have been charged. You can call this company and all you get is a recording that a service specialist is not available, leave a message and they will get back to you. The worst customer service ever.

      I purchased a golf club on 5/23/24. In addition to paying for the golf club, there was a charge on my debit card of $49.99 on 5/29/24. I called to see what this charge was and they said I signed up for a golf clinic because the golf club was purchased at a discount. They said this was a monthly charge. I never signed up for this golf clinic. I could not find anything that said I did. I asked for a refund. Nothing yet.

      a company called POWER CLINIC GOLF is fraudulently charging my venmo card for services I did not sign up for. Many other people ar ereporting the same.

      I ordered a club through this company and was enrolled in the birdie club thing automatically. I tried to email back the email sent to me to cancel and I was told the web address didn't exist. I just want to cancel. I just want my order cancelled and card refunded. they have charged me monthly for the last 2 months

      Placed the following order with this organization: Order Number: ********* Ordered On: 03/23/2024 07:49pm.
      Without my permission or knowledge they auto enrolled you in a Golf Clinic, for $49.95 per month. This is a total and absolute rip off, they provide no instruction and I never asked for this membership. I did not find out until I checked my bank account and was shocked that I was being charged this fee. I reached out to this organization, however I have yet to receive a refund.

      I purchased a ***** golf club fron Teton Golf for $****** on Friday 8-26-2022.the order number was ********. Ihave called them over 15 times and left messages but they do not respond to my messages or e-mail. I want to cancel my order and get a full return of my credit card purchase. You can call this company at any time and all you get is a recording that a service specialist is not available, leave a message and they will get back to you soon.       We got mr. ***** voicemails and responded as quickly as we could. We do not have phone call support at all hours but respond when we are able. The order he made had shipped out before we could cancel it.

      I called their website phone number over 15 times. Every time you call you get a recording saying you need to wait for the next service specialist then you wait for about 2 minutes and it says no service specialist is available. Please leave a message and a service specialist will get back to you. I finally had to send them e- mails and it took them over 3 hours to respond. They sent two emails that were 2 minutes apart l responded immediately and told them l wanted to cancel the order and get a full refund for my purchase and the shipping cost. In their emails they say they don't have a phone number but it is on their website. In my email I told the company exactly what I wanted them to do. I get an email the next day saying they had already shipped the item but this was 24 hours after I told them to cancel the order. I will wait until the item arrives and then I want the company to send me a paid return label so I can return the item and get a full refund. I would be glad to talk with them if they would send me a working phone number

      We will gladly send the customer a return label to send the clubs back, this is beyond what we usually do as we do not pay for shipping on returns. We responded as quickly as we could but our warehouse works fast and the order was shipped before we could cancel it. We list a phone number on our site to call and leave a message and we will return your call with an email to help resolve any issue.

      I will accept their proposed solution when I finally get the
      order to return. It is Friday, September 9 at 6:45 p.m. and I still have not received the email club to return. The tracking information says it should arrive on September 6. As of today it is still in ******** and that is the same place as yesterday and the day before. I am still waiting **************************************************************************. I will put the return label on the package as soon as I get it and send it to them. I expect a full refund including the cost of the club and the original shipping cost that I paid

      We have fully refunded the customer of his purchase and shipping and he can keep the merchandise so that hopefully that fixes his concerns. We can not control any issues *** has with a shipment and would normally file a complaint with them but with the customer filing a complaint we will just cancel the delivery.
