      They are wonderful with my dog. My complaint is the price gouging and the constant changes they keep making to their prices and/or packages/memberships. We have been paying for services for 5 months that we never received in the membership(swag bag, "dicounts," only some pictures and not a picture each visit like it's supposed too, etc....). They started these package back in July ish of 2024 with the official start date January 1st. If you signed up right away you got the first month "free." Now today, December 31st, 2024 they sent messages stating the package/memberships will be different and the services we were originally signed up for and not receiving are now changing and we will for sure not get what we were already paying for. Do not utilize their memberships. Just pay by the day/days. They are just selling what they can't or won't actually supply. Very disappointed in them essentially stealing my money. Do not recommend.
