    We had a cat for transport. It was dropped off to them at 7am to arrive to new family at 11am. After 9pm they still hadn't left the airport. They also kept letting them out of carrier in a crowded airport after being asked multiple times not to. They are frightened and will run. It has happened twice so far after reluctantly giving them a second chance after being promised it would not happen again.! We had to go get the kitten back from airport when they didn't want to give it back. No refund given either and was blocked on social media. Absolutely cruel to our poor babies. Never should have accepted them without a flight in place.
