    We scheduled our pet for a grooming. I went to their website, and choose the package for $48.00. There is nothing showing any possible changes in pricing. My wife paid, and was charged $74.00. I called and talked to the groomer, the on dury manager, and also the owner. They did not seem to care what my issue was or was not listening to me. Ibwas just asking why their website shows a price and they charged $30.00 more. The owner kept saying they are thebsame pricing as the rest of the groomers bit never actually answered my question. Then said will need to talk to corporate. Alao we never recieved an itemized bill for what we were charged just a reciept that says grooming.

    *** ***** was charged correctly for the services received. *** ***** scheduled his service online and the dog breed was wrongly entered by the
    customer which changes the prices of the grooming service when it was
    corrected.  The pet is a mixed breed, and
    the exact mixed breed is not an option. The dog was entered as smooth dachshund
    which is your standard wiener dog. They require very limited if any true
    grooming/hair cutting and have a lower grooming costs. The mixed breed
    resembles a westie and has similar size and grooming requirements. The notes also
    indicate please groom with a westie face and when the breed was corrected it
    was priced accordingly. This also the second time the customer was groomed at
    the store and the same rate was charged previously. The customer’s spouse picked
    up the pet, was satisfied with the service and left an additional $20 tip for
    the groomer.  

    The customer would also have been given a travel ticket with their pet to take to the register to check out. The price charged is the price charged for the dog and grooming requirements of the pet which closely resembles a westie. The itemized charge was grooming. It was explained the dog breed selected and actual breed do not match grooming requirements of his mixed breed dog. The $48 price would be correct if it was smooth hair dachshund.
