    I lived in this property for less than 3 years, had good exprince until I moved out and it was time for them to return my deposit back, I was given a bill of 115 $ on top of what they already had which was 600, I had some wall scuff n a broken toilet lid which I think is fair for them to charge me for and they already told me they will charge me 90 $ for professional carpet cleaning which I agreed before I moved in. i have cleaned the apt for more than 4 hours because I truly loved the place n I didn't had any issues with them and also it was the right thing to do !!!! I truly cared and never thought they will screw me over like this. I have clead every thing inside and out like I am moving in!!! They sent me a bill of 115$ after n said I didn't clean the place to there likings; I believe this is not there first time; I truly believe they do this to ppl who they think can get away with; I know feeling are not valid but If I clean the place that good and they still say this; this is not a one and done situation and they have a lot of negative review online as well; they think they can take anything and can get away with it especially one of the manger very unprofessional and rude; As a customer this kind of companies are the reason why a lot of hard working ppl have hard time surviving !!
