    Terrible communication. Abysmal attention to detail or care for finished work, particularly on the trimming portion of our windows and our deck. I had to follow up constantly after due dates were regularly missed. Contractor never had city inspection completed after building our deck, and didn’t get a permit from the city for pouring a driveway extension. Additionally, he subcontracted someone for that job (who actually did a phenomenal job), but never paid them, even though we already paid the contractor. He still owes us garage door that he says he ordered 3 different times, but apparently didn’t. Definitely would not recommend this business to anyone.

    I have been doing business with Exteriors Unlimited for several years. They have cleaned gutters, checked roofs for hail damage, installed new gutters, and new roofs on my house and my son's house and garage. Have not had any problems.
