I have contacted the facility to cancel my storage rental contract via phone, email, and app. There is no way to cancel automatically and no one has returned my numerous outreach attempts. I am continuing to be charged because I am not able to cancel this contract.

We've been trying to reach out to this tenant multiple ways to see how and where she gave notice as we do not show any record and would like to improve our service. She has ignored calls, texts and emails. Per our lease tenants are required to give a 30 day notice. We've checked out phone records going back to march and only show calls coming in from her on June 20th with our outgoing calls but no answer. Checked her unit activity and she was still using the unit on June 14th because of her frustration and trying to make it right we reimbursed her back until June 14th when she last used her unit and waived the 30 day notice . Wish she would answer our calls or emails so we could find out where she gave notice. Some people are getting our facility confused with our 1st facility we sold and thinking perhaps she was trying to reach us at the wrong location?

    Hi *****,

I've been trying to reach you via text, emails and calls. I would love to discuss where you gave notice as tech support and myself are unable to see any records. I do see you called on June 20th and we tried to call you back right away (within a minute) without any luck. If you could give us more details that would be appreciated. We did waive the 30 day notice for you an reimbursed you up until the day you last used the unit on June 14th. We would like to make everything right by you and see if tech support needs to fix an issue so if you could give us more details that would be greatly appreciated.
