I took my phone in for a front and rear screen cost about $750 had both installed at first was happy about service not even 24 hrs later started having screen issues where it would turn green and pink and slid halfway across shut screen off turned screen back on worked for a few minutes then did it again went back in not even a week later for replacement screen they opened my phone back up found that the battery was about to explode looked warped and had a v line split in edge of battery mind you battery was just fine before before charged me another $50 for battery battery was supposed to be over nighted didn't arrive till 3 days later I recieved my phone back with a white and green line on screen now want me to pay another $85 and wait 3 weeks to file a screen claim I paid almost $800 for a phone that I could've just purchased a new phone and been done now I'm stuck with a junk phone that they won't do anything about unless i spend more money I've never been so angry about spending that much money and not getting a quality product I will never go back to them for any of my electronic repairs as I have kids and they break there stuff all the time

P.s. now my speaker doesn't work I either have to have it om speaker phone or have an ear bud in

Bought a s21+ from these guys with the sole intent of trading it at AT&T for a newer model. Battery was at 0% when I purchased it. The saleslerson at THE CELL PHONE GUY reassured me it was in great condition and thourghly tested. Drove a couple blocks to AT&T and a sales associate charged it and ran the imei then informed me that said phone was reported stolen plus had a black dead spot on the screen. My advice, STAY AWAY!!!

Absolutely right, this guy rates zero or less. I brought in my phone which had a cracked screen. The phone itself worked fine. As I had insurance with Verizon I was told by Verizon I could replace it for $99.
Tyler said he could fix it a lot cheaper, he just needed my Citi credit card. He was charging $647 total and my part would be no more than $50. So he made the repair and I thought I would get a nice approx $600 refund from Citi. I called (Costco) Citi and they said they didn't participate in this line. I had signed up (at Tyler's persistent encouragement) for AKKO insurance. He reassured me that he has been in this business for 11 years. There was a lot of runaround, texts back and forth, from the insurance company and Tyler basically washed his hand of responsibility. He was willing to work with me more if I agreed to pay for more of his help, starting fee another $50. Citi staff had informed me "if a deal seems too good to be true, it probably is." That is for sure in this case. This is a very painful lesson and I would not encourage anyone to do business with this company. I feel totally scammed and I would never have thought this would happen to me, certainly not from an established local business.

Customer seemed to be commiting fraud. The insurance company denied her claim due to her imei she signed up with is different than the phone she repaired with us. We do not control the insurance company, and we are sorry they denied due to their words "Fraud"

Scam artist. You will get a worse product back then when you took it in. Hundreds of people agree.

If I could, I would give it a 0. I am not one to ever take my time to write a review about any business whatsoever despite my experience, but I guess there’s always a first time for everything. The owner, Tyler does not care about his customers at all so say goodbye to your experience the second you walk in. I would tell you about how mine went, but I would be wasting my time. Needless to say, READ REVIEWS before attending any place. It’ll save you time and money. He is plainly a selfish person, and I don’t say that lightly. Save yourself from some trouble, and pray to the Lord you don’t EVER run into any human being like him, let alone a business owner who supposedly serves a community. Trust me, those reviews as well as the ones on here are telling about a true experience. Also, it’s not listed on the BBB website, which is already a bad sign. (Someone please step up and reevaluate this business owner, and his business, as well as those NDA’s he has his employees sign). You didn’t hear it from me!

Customer paid for a screen repair then had a family member that wanted something different. They exchanged for a phone and seemed happy upon departure. Thanks again and have a good day.

This place is a joke. First thing they have you do is sign a contract saying you relinquish your rights to hold them responsible for any damages they cause. Brought my phone in to fix charging port. Came back to pick up my phone & employee had it in pieces saying he broke something. Because I signed their mandatory contract there was nothing I could do. Dude called owner & owner said you signed our contract so we aren’t liable. I was out $124.60 & had to go buy a new phone. The jokers now keep calling me saying they are ready for me to come in & fix my phone. No clue! Do not do business with this fraud!
