    SCAM. In the middle of “moving”. First, told people he was moving to the Empire Mall. Called the mall, no history of him or any type of tattoo, piercing, PMU, cosmetology business moving in. So that was a lie. Confronted his Facebook about that. He will not tell people where he is “moving” but his old business is GUTTED if you look from the outside in. However, he has been and is still collecting deposits and is now “returning deposits” from ONLY the time of the “beginning” of the “remodel”, notice “remodel”, he switches terminology from remodel to move quite often. However, no refunds for deposits to people that he has scammed before the “remodel/ move”. He has been collecting “deposits”, HE cancels appointment, reschedules, HE cancels again, pretty much has no intention to tattoo, but refuses to give back deposit. He is false advertising for PMU and piercings, both his artists are gone now. I’m “allegedly” guessing that since they are gone, he can no longer afford his place, so he is scamming people because BEFORE the piercer and PMU artist came aboard, he split it with his ex fiancé, when things went south she left. He had no credit, didn’t know what or how to build it. So he started hiring, most likely treated them bad, made it about half a year with them. Now he doesn’t know what to do but scam and is running away by picking up and running, aka why he gutted the place and why there is no new address. Be careful of InkSpire Tattoo by Juan/Jay Medina if you want to keep your money.
