    My experience with outlaw was awful! I went in today 11/22/23 a bit after 12pm. Was greeted by an older gentleman and asked about new nose piercings and a touch up on my tattoo. He informed me he doesn’t know a lot about piercings and tattoo. I picked out 2 piercings and was told to come back later. I did not put the piercings in my nose or take them out of the bag. I called again earlier and spoke with the same gentleman that sold me the piercings and said I can come back in 3-3:30pm to get new nose rings that will actually fit and verbal agreed he would do it for me. I called again at 3:30 and spoke with the owner AMY. Amy answered the phone and I explained the situation and what was told to me. She went from 1 to 10 very quickly, she started yelling and screaming at me and swearing at me when I was just asking a simple question. As soon as she called me a ******* ***** I hung up the phone and came here. At this point I don’t want some cunt bag to have my money and she needs to be reprimanded for what she has done it is very unacceptable what she has done and said to me. If I can’t get my money back at least have her genuinely apologize or shut down her business because NO ONE SHOULD EVER BE TALKED TO LIKE THAT THE WAY AMY WAS TALKING TO ME!
