    ***** bargain barn said my struts needed to be replaced and wheel alignment needs to be done. Paid 1400. Once replaced the original problem was still a problem. They said struts were defective and needed to be replaced again. After being replaced for the 2nd time the problem still existed and the alignment was off. After my 4th visit I was told to take it to the dealership. The dealership diagnosed a complete different problem and said bargain barn forgot to put a dust cover on one of the struts and verified the alignment was off. I called the manager **** at bargain barn and he was willing to talk to the owner to get me a refund and replace the missing dust cover as well as the alignment. This conversation happened on a Friday so he said call him Monday and he will know more and take care of everything then. Come Monday he said the owner was out of the country and all he could do is refund labor cost and fix the remaining issues. Scheduled an appointment for me on Tuesday at 3pm. I showed up Tuesday at 3pm and he had no idea who I was and acted as if we never talked about anything but the labor refund. He was already irritated about the refund. And once he refunded the labor he tried to dismiss me. When I mentioned the appointment for the missing dust cover and alignment he proceeded to raise his voice at me stating I was stealing money from his business already and that it's not even possible to order a dust cover alone and even if he could that he would lose more money through the labor of having to put the dust cover on. As for the alignment he said they were too busy to help me with that. He got angrier the more I tried to reason with him. I had a dust cover before I went to this shop and the mechanic forgot to put it on with the new struts. He seemed to think this was my fault and yelled at me about his mechanic being there for 25 years and he's already doing enough for me by refunding the labor cost of new struts that were never needed to begin with.

    There is a mix up here. South Dakota Motors has no record of selling a vehicle to a ***** *****. We also don't have an in house mechanic shop. We use local retail mechanics. This sounds really frustrating and you shouldn't be treated like this. I hope they take care of it.
