      brought my vehicle to Tires Tires Tires initially
      for an issue with my 2005 Ford F350 known as the "death wobble". The steering wheel would randomly begin to wobble & shake side to side rapidly causing the vehicle to become extremely difficult to control and endangering other drivers along with my passengers safety. Truck had 151,644 miles October 31st, 2023.
      I just spent $1,996.60 which isn't a small chunk of money.
      Mileage155,740 the second time I brought my truck in. "ACCORDING TO TIRES TIRES TIRES STORE POLICY: if you purchase any set of tires with them they offer free life time rotations on those tires in order to maintain the warranty backed by the manufacturer! Tires tires tires claims theyautomatically ROTATEtires each time a vehicle is in the shop at oneof their stores roughly each 5,000 miles is I wasn't happy with his effortso l reached out directly to Gary the owner of tires tires tires in January of 2024. They replaced my aftermarket track bar with a factory one, which is much shorter than the one I had on the truck. Which created an extreme amount of tension on my suspension which in return caused my ball joints on both sides, wheel hub assemblies bearings on both sides, tie rod ends on both sides, axle seals on both sides, steering gear, sway bar links on both sides, sway bar bushings on both sides, sway bar is bent, my springs are destroyed on both sides, my track bar mounting bracket failed, along with my tires.
      This careless mistake by tires tires tires has caused me over $6,584.39 in damages.
      They’re liable FOR THEIR MISTAKES. I TRIED multipe times to resolve this, but only to get called names and told I am wrong. THEY OWE ME for their mistakes

      ** *********** has been told on multiple occasions that there is no warranty on parts put in by other shops and service work performed by other shops or the owner of the vehicle. We also will not warranty vehicles that have been abused, lifted beyond specs or having over-sized tires installed. (See the pictures provided by **************).

      Having explained all this to him in July of  2024, he now waits an additional 4 months to send pictures and a complaint.
