    God help these people . hey I thought they were a sister company of *********** but they are not. This guy name Phill call me 2 to 3 times per day for almost 3 weeks I am busy, when he called me back again I was led to believe they were a sister company of ******* well to my surprise no. this guy called so much desperately that my husband said something is not right. he didn't want nothing to do with them. just because this guy called ********** so early in the morning pacific coast time. when I finally answered the phone I said hey I need to know how long will it take to get the website I really need it done within a week he no problem. I should have know when the guy phil said they didn't get my payment. ******** *******, don't play with **** they I went to my account and showed him where I did pay. I want to cancel then it showed me they were starting off being dishonest. but hey, Phill said oh here I see it. then I said are you sure in a week. he never heard anything else until a few days later telling me they are working on my website. then I start getting opportunities about ***** ****,, they gave my website to some people claiming to be ***** **** lead opportunity. then a letter saying sorry to see me leave, I panicked I called them and said what's going on. No answer, I emailed them no answer. I called and called. I had no choice I had to get my site done. so contact my credit card company told them these people have never reached out to me until they got my money. I put in dispute then I had to I could not cancel because they have blocked the email to block it must be something they are benefiting from this. then after the heard from **** and the dispute phil starts blowing my phone up again. I ignored them told them I was not interested and since they neve even sent me a preview of nothing I want my money back. I looked in the mail and these people invoiced me. for April and May for sites I didn't sign up. billing for nothing delivered.

    On 4/10/2023 Webit.com received an online submission form for a new account for a Valeria *****.  A payment link was sent at that time and payment was received on 4/19/2023. Also, per our notes on 4/17/2023 there was also a consideration for two additional accounts but was later determined not to move forward with those by the client.  
    With the payment received of $** on the account, the process to build the website began on 4/19/2023.  

    Follow-up calls were made to obtain additional information for the website build and for training on the system.  Training on the system was completed on 4/21/2023 with client.  Multiple follow up calls were made since 4/21/2023 to review the website for approval before publishing, we were unable to make contact on these attempts with client.

    Since the website was not published, we will provide a full $** refund and cancel the account per the request in the complaint.
