    on 9/30/21 window world of sioux falls sd came over to *********** ** to bid on job and asked for a **% down payment if wanted job done. i accepted the offer to have them install windows as theyve done my house before and thought i knew the workmanship that they would provide. They came back over on 02/15/22 to do the work of installing new windows to my breezway and basement. They finished work on 02/17/22 while i was at work. I told them that i would inspect the job and windows when i could as weather was not great outside. After 2 days they just went ahead and processed the payment anyway. After finally getting outside to inspect the job and windows discovered that they didnt trim out windows correctly leaving old trim exposed and also put new trim over old rotted out wood after on contract paying for the rotted out trim that they said would need to be cut out and fixed before installing windows and trim. They just went over rotted out wood and trim and tried to cover up so could tell. I took pictures of this. Also the window trim that was put on was done poorly and was not bended properly nor crimped like previous job so window trim did not match house. Also some windows were too tight and didnt want to open very well and screens on windows were warped to the point that allowed insects to come in. They came back over to fix what i had pointed out to them but still fell short on getting all tasks completed satisfactorily infact instead of replacing rotted out wood the 2nd time they attempted to grind out the rotted out trim and end up ruining a new window. This window was reordered and never replaced. I have all messages and pictures on my phone that could not upload at this time put are available if needed aong with messages to show what was previously discussed and promissed and never did. only delay tactics. i have received **% of the money back from my credit card compand but they would not give me all due to time constraints and they fact that they delayed.

    we have everything instock to fix mr. ******* window we have called the last 2 weeks to set up a time and have not gotten a return phone call please have him call ************* to set up a time to resolve this issue thanks jeff

    No one has called nor attempted to call me. This has gone on too long at this point. I would rather them not come back a 4th time to fix. I believe I have gotten half amount paid to window world back thru my credit card company and would like more reimbursement as workmanship was terrible on this job. I have plenty of pictures and verification in my phone. Most of the pictures I can’t transmit as too high of quality.
