    On February 6, 2024, Home Serve sent out Foltz & Sons Electric to repair my Furnace.
    They told me they could not repair it. I ordered a furnace from them which was delivered and installed. Foltz told me he guaranteed his work for a year. He did come up the next day and adjusted the fan speed for the heat. When I had to turn on the air, the fan speed needed to be adjusted. I have called & messaged them a number of times and get no response. My air is really loud. I want him to adjust the fan speed. I even had **** ***** call and got no response from them.

    December 28, 2023, Glenn Foltz and his son were hired to remove and replace my furnace. While removing my old furnace, his son and assistant mangled the airbox to my furnace. With the help of a lot of metal tape, they managed to make a temporary repair. We agreed he would return the next day to complete the job and install a thermostat compatible with my furnace and humidifier.
    He rescheduled the repair three times and always had an excuse to do it another time. Now he will not respond to phone calls, texts, or emails.

    To say the workmanship was shoddy would be an overstatement.

    I would like the job completed but also feel the need to warn others about doing business with this company.

    March 29, 2002 our personal check #**** written to Foltz and Sons in the amount of $******. Check given in person to Glenn *****. $****** was for work Glenn actually did for us. $****** of the amount was for annual maintenance on our central air conditioner and furnace. I called in May to check on when our air conditioner maintenance was scheduled. Was rudely accosted by receptionist and was told they were scheduling "paying customers". Name of receptionist was Heather, as I recall. I asked for a refund at that time, and, of course, never received it. No one came to do the air conditioner maintenance. I called in July, 2022, and asked to be put on the September schedule for maintenance on the furnace. I was told I was on the schedule and would be contacted to advise when the appointment would take place. I have called every week in September, and have been told that my name was placed on the schedule each time I called, and that someone would contact me to let me know when the appointment would take place. It's September 29, 2022 and I have heard nothing from them. I have talked to a different receptionist each time I call. The "office manager" is the one who is supposed to contact me. She never has attempted to contact me.
    I have bank records that show my check #**** was cashed by Foltz and Sons. ************************************************************ Not only have we had to withstand the &****** loss, but have also had to hire someone else to do the maintenance.
