      I went in to get a 4 wheel alignment and some tire sensors. After putting on new tire rod ends and shocks. I get my car back with only a receipt of the transaction but no print out for my alignment. I drive my car down the road and car hear a clunking noise in the back of my car. I schedule an appointment to see what's wrong with it. I crawl underneath and can visible see that they did not adjust any of the parts. So I make a complaint to the shop and when he goes to bring up the file to give me the print out he can't seem to find it. I ask well how can you prove that you aligned my car? The employee says that he knows it's aligned and I have a bad shock. The whole experience was upsetting and can't believe they wouldn't give me the paperwork to show the work they did. I feel *********** I would not recommend this shop to anybody.
