      Hmmm should have read customer service reviews before I did an order. Hopefully my review will help to others. Pls read their policy of purchase cancelling/returns!!!! bc the company covers themself from every angle!!! I purchased a pair of shoes and paid for to be delivered to Australia. After couple of hours later I decided to cancel the purchase as was not sure will be the right fit (wasn't) . I did not provide order number in that chat and customer service asked for it later but apparently when I gave it to them was too late bc package was sent already (11pm US time) . I sent cancellation well before it was dispatched? but customer service was not online due to time difference and which was not calculated and accepted. I wanted to return the product and asked Lauribelles does not pay for return postage. I feel a 6 million worth company should not be such an unhelpful, anti customer focused. it is just a courtesy. Very very disappointed with the lack of understanding . I returned the product and paid $ 52 for postage. anyway the way company is doing the dealing is not for me!

      Terrible customer service instead of blaming the customer for there mess up, I think they need to take some responsibility or posting false advertisement

      I really hate to give a bad review on somewhere that I have always had such great experiences with. Lauriebelles has been my go to for whenever I need a cute last minute outfit.. family pictures, concerts etc. I LOVE supporting and shopping local. I stopped at the Tea location the night before a concert and got a shirt and bell bottoms and when I tried the pants on I noticed a stain. They gave me 20% off (which was awesome!) because there was no others left in the same size. The gal was super sweet and helpful and told me to use some dawn dish soap on it. The next day I went to go work on the stain with a wash cloth and dawn dish soap, and it wasn't really doing anything so I decided to put them on so that I could scrub it better. I scrubbed more on the spot and the jeans just started tearing and ripping like thin paper. I was completely baffled and confused to why this happened. They even tore on the opposite leg (both spots were in the thigh area) These jeans were by no means too tight for me, and they had plenty of stretch. I brought the jeans back with the receipt and tags still on, thinking it wouldn't be an issue to receive in store credit since I've heard nothing but good things about there customer service. They told me it was a final sale because of the stain so that I could not get credit for them. I understand the final sale policy, but I did not buy them with these tears in them, I bought them with a stain. The manager called me a couple days later and told me "it looked like a dog chewed on them" and that this wouldn't of happened just from dawn dish soap. She also said she had the same pants and so did some other workers and they had no issues and there was no recall/complaints on the pants. So apparently since there is no other issues with these pants except the ones I bought, the quality issue doesn't matter and they won't make it right. Very disappointed in he way this was handled for a boutique that I loved so much.
