    In 2022, RPM put a rear end in my 1971 pickup. There has been a noise in the rear end and I need them to look at it. The rear end they put in should last for 30 years (they told me). I called and made arrangements to take it to them to be worked on. I agreed to take it to them on August 23 (Friday) and leave it there and they would get it done that next week. It was a 4-5 hour job. I called August 30 and they said they didn’t get at it and they would do it the next week. At the end of that week (September 6), it had not been worked on at all and I went and picked it up from their lot. I told the owner to have his brother (the one that was supposed to work on it) to call me about this issue. He has not responded.
    I feel that they should first of all, stand behind their work, and secondly, honor their word of getting the job done. I need this pickup and was without it for two weeks while they did nothing to fix it. I am currently trying to find someone who will do it but that would also mean I would have to pay for it while the people who installed the rear end should stand by their work and fix it themselves.

    The last day of of communication I had with RPM was September 6, 2024 when I retrieved my pickup from them. The pickup had not been worked on at all and I asked them to call me about it. I have not heard anything from them.
