    I wouldn't give this business 1 single star. They received full payment for my home, started the job, did not finish the work, refused to return materials we paid for, ghosted us completely, exposed our home to the winter freeze causing our heating bill to double, double billed us for projects that should have been $4000 but invoiced us twice totaling over $8,000. Although they received over $35,000 for the work (full labor and materials) they have yet to pay their employees for the work on our home. The owner's wife showed up at our home on our ring camera and threatened that if we did not pay an additional $5000, they would not be responsible for what his employees might do to us or our home. He requested 3 extensions on our home, on the final extension he documented the reason being that "materials came in late". He was given the 3rd extension but did not return to the house to complete any work, so we asked for the materials to be surrendered back to us and he told us and the HAF program that there were no materials to return because he never ordered them. He was required to be insured and bonded for the contracts on the homes of tribal members, but he only got insurance long enough to receive the contracts and then let his insurance lapse for nonpayment at Kaberna Insurance. He doesn't even have insurance to cover his employees. If you hire him, keep records of everything because I am glad, we got the estimate, invoices, checks paid, the contracts, the extensions, the award letter, the lapse of insurance, the spreadsheet of labor costs billed to us, video footage of the verbal threats/demand for money, and we documented every attempt to contact Stronghold and his designated contacts. Please do your homework before hiring this contractor because are not the only homeowners who were taken advantage of by this predatory company.
