      Purchase a framed image and it arrived packaged very poorly. The glass was broken, the print was rippling in the frame and the broken glass had scratched the photo.
      They agreed to replaced the photo and stated that they would reimburse me for the glass and have not done so.
      Frame was nice.
      Paper quality of the photo very poor.
      Packaging was awful.

      We will never purchase ranch photographs from this business again. The photos they sent for additional frames/family members were yellow and awful. When we contacted Brian initially, he said he would replace the yellow tinted photos. He never did. When contacted to find out when we could expect the replacements, he said he wasn't replacing them. Since we have little recourse in dealing with this, we are letting everyone possible know what a poor customer service they offer along with very inferior product.
      I would put 0 stars - but it isn't allowed. They don't deserve the one I am forced to give.
