      We have a video of ***** ******** in our Finance Department agreeing to the sales price. We are having an issue uploading it to you guys, how can we get this video evidence to you?

      Thank you for the opportunity to respond to *** ***** ********** recent
      complaint.
      *** ******** was informed of the final sale price during the transaction
      and signed all documents after reviewing them with our finance manager. We do
      have video footage of this interaction in which the sale price is clearly
      stated and agreed upon, and we are able to provide that if needed.
      His trade-in was in poor condition, and although it was valued lower, we
      worked with him to meet his request by adjusting figures accordingly. After the
      sale, we were informed of an undisclosed hit-and-run incident involving the
      vehicle he traded in—information that was not shared with us during the
      transaction.
      We are confident the sale was handled fairly, professionally, and
      transparently.

      I've recently purchased a vehicle with Northland Auto. I was needing to get my plates done today. Turns out, they never sent me the correct paperwork I needed! Now I'll have to wait for something g I should of had weeks ago. It's super frustrating when you have an extra expense that's not planned for. I received no contact from the dealership regarding what I needed to do or who to contact until today. They need to be better about getting paperwork. Now I will have to miss more time from work to handle this. If i get pulled over and expenses occur, I would like to receive compensation for it. Also, this vehicle was sold to me without a proper safety inspection. I finally had to contact them, and was given another number to call.

However, as you may be aware, the state of South Dakota has experienced delays in processing and issuing titles, which can sometimes extend the timeline beyond our control. We understand how frustrating this can be, and we truly appreciate your patience during this process.
      To help alleviate any burden, if you have incurred any fees due to this delay, we are happy to reimburse you for those costs as a goodwill gesture on behalf of the state’s extended processing times. Please feel free to provide any documentation of assessed fees, and we will take care of the reimbursement promptly.

      We have sent ***** ******* a check out of goodwill for the amount of $400.00 for any fees that may accur, and to help out with the taxes for her vehicle.
