    I bought gas from this business from a non-ethanal pump for my generator. An hour after putting gas from this business into the generator after it had ran out, the generator started running rough and finally quit and would not start. I had to get it repaired and the business that repaired the generator said there was water in the gas and had repaired 3 other generators that had gotten gas from the same business. I would like my money back for the gas of $18 and the cost of getting the generator repaired and mileage of $282 for a total of $300.

     The complainant also filed a Complaint against is with the State of South Dakota Weights and Measures / State inspections. The State inspector was at the site and tested all tanks and dispensers. As the State of South Dakota has filed no violations against us, nor have they required any action from us, we consider this resolved.

    After reviewing the complainant attachment, the person visited convenience stores the day before and day after the said bad fuel. I have attached a map with the Red dot being our store, the Orange dots being the other two dots where fuel could have been purchased, the yellow dot being his home. Why did he travel passed at least 7 other convenience stores to purchase fuel at our store?

    I was ice fishing on Dry Lake. I brought my empty gas cans to fill up my generator. What does stopping at another station have to do with it?
