    We were visiting from out of town and I paid $489.50 to rent a boat, which they gladly accepted and gave no cancelation policy nor did I sign anything. Due to poor weather we tried to reschedule and were told no problem and they did not mention any restrictions and we had through the end of next summer to reschedule. A few weeks later we tried to reschedule for a couple of weeks out trying different times but all of a sudden we were told we could not rent on a Saturday or Holiday and and had to use within 11 months and they stopped responding to phone calls to resolve the issue. Eventually they answered the phone when I called from a different number. I was lied to, I was treated stupid, and when I asked for a .manager it escalated to yelling, being talked over, and I finally hung up as nothing was being resolved. I tried telling the manager that I was told different things by all 3 employees and asked if he was going correct the employees for future dealing not ending like ours and again I was met with rudeness and yelling. I eventually hung up.
