    Won’t answer questions about what type of bug samples I provided them 4 months ago. Show up when it was discussed that I was gone on vacation over seas. Worker confirmed that he would wait till I returned, but received numerous phone calls and texts while in Scotland. Very unnerving and frustrating. Husband was home after stroke and told them no, but pushed their way into the house anyway. Bugs wouldn’t die so I fogged the house myself, sprayed around the home myself and the problem was taken care of. I’m a farm girl and thought maybe someone other than myself would handle the problem, but with no feedback from company, i took the job back on. Today I will request them to remove their equipment and never come back. I had signed a years contract with them and would never recommend them to ANYONE EVER! I believe they planted the bugs, but can’t prove it.
