      Dear Ms. Gencay, 

       

                I am responding to a complaint that has been filed in your office on the behalf of Mr. Johnson.  It was a pleasure speaking with you on the phone, and per our conversation. I was asked to send you a response so it would be on the website.  I have reached out to the VPO, and I have discussed the account with them.  I have been advised to have the invoice closed with ARS.  I sent an email to the agency (ARS), where I asked them to please write off.  I have also asked them that if they have placed this on the patient credit to please have it removed.   I sent a response letter to Mr. Johnson at the address below along to the BBB office informing everyone on the actions that has been taken. 

       

               On behalf of the physician's group, we humbly apologize for any inconvenience this has caused you. Again, we have requested for this to be closed with the agency and removed from his credit.  If there is anything else, we can do please let us know.
