    I took over my son's storage a year ago and he was paying $** * ***** and I had my own insurance. I storage was trying to charge me for their mistake of not changing over the name to me and kept trying to charge me an additional **** I took the insurance Delcaration back to them in Feb where the worker Ms. ***** said she contacted the Owner and she was suppose to refund me the back the *** dollars. I have been trying for months to get in contact with someone. Istorage has failed to send their customers letters staying that their opening hours has changed. It still stays they are open until 6pm. They also stated that I had a rent increase in which I did not recieve any notice of. This has been the worst company I have ever had to deal with. I never had a problem until they took over public storage. No ones answers the phone when you call, you can't reach corporate management or file a complaint because no ones responds back. I would like to get this resolved as soon as possible. I do have recordings and can get pictures of the hours if needed. I can be reached at ************ if more information is needed.     Per the lease Insurance is mandatory. Tenant signed per the conditions. After bring in Document several MONTHS LATER. I did refund the insurance against company policy. Also this person wasn't on the lease and insurance was in her name. They added her name after the fact. Rate increases happen then tenant was mailed a increase letter and same letter went out to addresses on file 30 days prior per state regs... If they do not have correct information in system. That is the fault of the tenant. It is their responsibility to make sure its correct. Increase will stand.

    I am resolving my issue by moving to a new storage.
