    I am looking for someone to prepare my income tax returns and want to find a company that I can establish a long term relationship with. People have told me good things about Accu-Tax, so after reading the BBB Tip entitled How to Choose a Tax Preparer In The U.S., I called them. The receptionist (as she identified herself) wasn't able to help so I was transferred to someone else. I asked questions about their company and their tax preparers credentials. I didn't get much for answers. I particularly asked if their preparers were approved to represent tax payers in case of an IRS audit or dispute. To which he responded that if there is an IRS problem they wouldn't prepare the return. I told him that was not the case and I simply want to know if that was a part of the service his company provides. Instead of a straight answer, he said I was asking to many questions and that maybe I just need to find another company....... And that is exactly what I will do!
