    The Paragon Management Group had my vehicle towed without proper cause from the HOA parking lot near where I live. They removed it by accident then refused to admit their mistake or pay for the towing and storage fees that took place, due to their error.
    The HOA where my vehicle was parked has no posted signage for residents or guest about any parking regulations, restrictions or limitations. In addition, they have no posted signage for contacting the towing company that services that HOA in order to retrieve a vehicle after it's been removed.
    They were very difficult to work with, showed no remorse what so ever when the facts proved them wrong, and never offered an apology of any kind.

    The vehicle owner parked a truck in a private condo parking area without permission. We previously placed a notice on the vehicle stating it would be towed if parked here. It was again parked in this area last week and was towed. The vehicle owner does not live within the condo HOA and has no right to park a vehicle there.
