      I hired this company to move furniture, appliances, fitness equipment & other household items on July 25, 2024. They advertise themselves as a moving company however it turns out that they lack the skills & training to move someone out of their home to a new location. It took them 9 hours to move a three bedroom ************ didn't even touch 2 of the bedrooms or remove all of the requested items from the ************** Most of the items moved were to be transferred to a pod at the new location. I incurred thousands of dollars in damages to my appliances, furniture, as well as my water meter being destroyed. They even left their *** trash on my front porch. They were unprofessional & disrespectful to say the least & ill equipped to do the job. All the 2 younger black males did was complain about not getting paid enough to do their job. They didn't even measure the entry ways or have a tape measure for that matter. They took the doors off my refrigerator after several failed attempts to get it out of the kitchen entry way & out of the front door which took 2 hours or more. Anyone with good sense knows that your front entry door is a standard 36 inches wide. Needless to say they damaged my $2000+ ** smart refrigerator which now has dents in it, screws missing from the doors, & wire harness exposed, . My ** washer & dryer has mutiple ************** where they tried to force it through the door ways not taking care to nit damage the walls. They used my tools without my consent & left them on top of my $800+ smooth top range & damaged the surface. They left my sectional sofa in pieces srill in plastic wrap & assembled my storage bed incorrectly with the drawers overlapping. After giving them 11 hours of my day I had to leave to work. They kept calling & even came back by my house after 8pm to pick up the remaining items. Not acceptable for a job that stared at 9:30am. **** was an absolutely jerk to deal with. This company should be out of business.
